The MPP is a technique for organizing complex thinking so that you can present it clearly in everyday business documents - memos, reports, proposals, presentations.I developed the technique in the 1970s while I was working for McKinsey & Company, the world's leading management consulting firm, and have taught it throughout the world ever since.
